Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using The Gutsy CEO website or purchasing any coaching or mentorship services. By accessing my website or engaging my services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. My Services

I offer a range of business coaching and mentorship services including:

One-to-one coaching sessions (one-time payments)

Ongoing mentorship programmes (recurring subscription payments)

Group coaching programmes

Digital products, resources, and online content

All services are intended for business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals seeking guidance. Coaching and mentorship are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use my services and purchase from my website. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Bookings & Payments

4.1 One-Time Payments

Payment for individual coaching sessions or products is due at the time of booking or purchase. All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

4.2 Recurring Subscriptions

Some of my programmes are offered on a subscription basis. By signing up to a subscription:

You authorise me to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the agreed frequency (e.g. monthly or quarterly).

Subscriptions will automatically renew unless you cancel before the next billing date.

You will receive advance notice of any changes to pricing.

4.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. I do not store your full card details. Please review my chosen payment provider's own terms and privacy policy.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

5.1 Coaching Sessions

I understand that plans can change. My cancellation policy is:

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session: full refund or reschedule at no charge.

Cancellations made within 48 hours: no refund will be issued, but you may reschedule once at my discretion.

No-shows without notice: no refund or reschedule will be offered.

5.2 Programmes & Subscriptions

For ongoing programmes or subscriptions:

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing period.

If you have purchased a fixed-term programme in full, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis at my discretion within 14 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of the programme content has been accessed.

5.3 Consumer Rights

As a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Nothing in these Terms affects those rights. If you have purchased a digital product or service and I have begun delivery, your right to cancel may be limited once access has commenced and you have acknowledged this at the point of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on my website and within my programmes — including text, videos, workbooks, templates, frameworks, and course materials — is the intellectual property of The Gutsy CEO unless otherwise stated.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials for your own business development. You may not:

Copy, reproduce, or redistribute my materials without written permission.

Share login credentials or programme access with third parties.

Use my content for commercial purposes, resale, or to create competing products.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

My coaching and mentorship services are provided on an 'as is' basis. While I am committed to delivering high-quality guidance, I make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, results, or earnings. Your success depends on many factors including your own efforts, circumstances, and market conditions.

I am not responsible for any business decisions you make based on my coaching.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, The Gutsy CEO shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of my services.

Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunity.

Any loss resulting from reliance on my coaching advice.

My total liability to you in connection with my services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to me in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Gutsy CEO holds professional indemnity insurance for the provision of business coaching and mentorship services.

9. Confidentiality

I treat all information shared during coaching sessions as confidential. I will not disclose your personal or business information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

I ask that you similarly respect the confidentiality of other clients in any group settings.

10. Code of Conduct

I am committed to maintaining a respectful and supportive environment. I reserve the right to terminate services without refund in cases of:

Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards me or other participants.

Breach of confidentiality regarding other clients.

Sharing, reproducing, or misusing my intellectual property.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. I will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on my website. Continued use of my services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
